Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your suit must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the item, and we will replace it free of charge.

Change of Mind: For exchanges due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that used, stitched (if sold unstitched), or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
